Personal information is collected by AAS during the registration process on behalf of in order to allow testing to take place.

The information will assist AAS and the school, to contact you with information regarding the school and a specific testing program.
If we do not obtain this information we will not be able to assess an applicant for a scholarship or any other testing program.
AAS will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than the school/s to which you have agreed will receive such information.
We will also if requested (without charge) update personal information that is incomplete or outdated.
Applicants should note that access to personal information does not include information regarding test instruments, test questions or answers, scoring processes or to appeal results.
After testing, test scores are kept for research and test development but personal information is not used for these purposes.

This Privacy Policy remains in place for this student or any subsequent students where information is collected.
Academic Assessment Services Pty Ltd (AAS), formerly Robert Allwell and Associates Pty Ltd, is an educational assessment company that provides educational and scholarship services to schools across Australia.
Scholarship and other assessment testing require an online registration and payment. Parents use the AAS site to apply and make payment as required by the school(s). For other assessment testing AAS receives information directly from the school.
All AAS tests, assessments and data and subsequent reporting of results to schools and parents are owned by AAS.
Parents do not have access to test data, raw scores, rankings or detailed diagnostic data. Parents do not have access to any testing material including answer sheets and written expression responses.
AAS does not provide follow-up discussion regarding student results with parents or students.
Some schools choose to report to parents outlining the general categories of their child's results. The issuing of this Parent Report is at the sole discretion of the school. Not all schools report the testing results. Parents may wish to check via the school's website or enrolment office regarding the reporting of results before completing a registration.
All testing material remains the property of Academic Assessment Services Pty Ltd. No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted by any means or in any form without prior written permission of the copyright owner.

The Payment Gateway protects consumers by ensuring that credit card details are revealed only to the bank - not the merchant and not the service provider (eSec/SecurePay). A consumer's confidential payment information is not stored anywhere on the network.
The Payment Gateway implements security for credit card payments over the Internet. The only party who sees a consumer's credit card is the bank, not the merchant and not the service provider. (Academic Assessment Services P/L only needs to know that the transaction has been authorised, it doesn't need to know credit card numbers.) This confidential information remains encrypted all the way to the banking network.
For an online registration, Academic Assessment Services will retain 20% of the registration fee to cover transaction and administrative costs. The balance will be returned to the applicant.
